The logistics center offers 38,384 m2 of rental space, of which 90% is heated storage and 8% is roofed. The logistics center is located in Tuusula between two motorways, approximately 30 km north of Helsinki. The center has 36 loading docks, and the interior height is over 10 meters. The entire logistics center is constructed to be energy-efficient and environmentally responsible, following the BREEAM Excellent certification.
